Meet STEPHANIE

I started by getting my Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of North Florida. Staying in Jacksonville, I spent the next eight years working in the Public school system at an ESOL center, primarily teaching Kindergarten.

After spending some time away from the classroom, I found my true calling and what sparks the most joy for me, in consulting. Under the consulting umbrella I am able to help amazing Owners/Directors rejuvenate their excitement for their businesses while helping them achieve their goals.

I was brought on by the Florida Association of Child Care Management (FACCM) to help build-out the Accreditation Academy. Initially starting in Duval County, the program has already expanded to three additional counties. I have personally coached over 25 centers to pass their accreditation.
